The accessibility programs and procedures outlined in this policy are designed to ensure that the company is accessible to all employees, customers and visitors and respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.

For employees of the company, Virox is committed to creating and maintaining an equitable and integrated environment whereby every employee receives equal opportunity with respect to employment and receives accommodation where required, in accordance with the provisions of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (the "AODA") and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (191/11) (the "IASR").
